Whether you are in the market for a freezer full of beef or one pound of ground beef, we're here for you.  Our retail cuts are vacuum packed for longer shelf life and easy viewing of the product.  We carry a wide range of beef cuts from steaks and brats for grilling to roasts and stew beef for comfort-food meals.

 

We have a variety of specialty meats such as beef sticks, jerky, dried beef, ring bologna, and all-beef natural casing franks.  Our ground beef is in easy-to-use one pound packages or convenient 4 ounce and 5 ounce patties.

  

  

Our quarters are usually paper wrapped, but can be vacuum packed upon request.  If a beef quarter or half is what you're looking for, you can have it packaged just the way you want it.  We'll even bring it to you!  We pay for the processing, pick it up from the processor and deliver it to your door.  You write one check.  Our quarters range in size from approximately 160 lb. to 225 lb.
